Description:

This app for ownCloud provides a simple and clean possibility to have conversations, discussions and chats between users and groups.

Features:

* conversations between users and groups
* seperate group rooms and single user rooms
* add attachments from ownCloud files
* dynamically new message detection and global highlighting
* users can delete their own messages, admins all
* user profile pictures
* clickable hyperlinks
* several settings in menu available


Install:

* download and unzip to **/owncloud/apps/conversations**
* activate it in OC backend
* for group conversations: adding users to one group in owncloud user settings

Attention: this is beta software

Hi !

I have got a problem when I attach image with message. the attachment loading don't nerver stop. after page refresh, internal error of my owncloud server !!

only solution => empty "oc_share" table and my owncloud server starts again.

update please !!

I encountered the same problem! But I cannot find the oc_share tableā€¦Could you describe how you solved this issue?

'oc_share' is the table with all entries about your shared files. It should be in your owncloud database. To solve the issue you need to find the entry the file you have shared (I guess it will be the last entry). I guess the field 'uid_initiator' will be 'NULL'. If this is the case insert the same content of the field 'uid_owner' into the field 'uid_initator' like it is done for the other entries. Or you can delete the specific entry.
If this doesn't work you can delete the whole table 'oc_share'but you will lose all your share settings.
