I'll find out what causes this; see https://github.com/cweiske/grauphel/issues/26 for updates on it.

Thanks for the link.
The workaround of enabling the app from the not enabled tab did the trick. I tried to enable it from the productivity tab and it didn't work.
Thanks again for the swift response!

 Great Work! iOS still missing?

Working like a charm syncing my OC server, Xubuntu and Oneplus One. My wife's sad because there aren't any news on syncing with Tombox on iOS ;-)

Yep, I don't know any iOS client that speaks the tomboy sync protocol.

Just syncs to Dropbox I'm afraid. Still no iOS app that syncs with owncloud yet.

No syncing with tomboy/tomdroid anymore since oc 9

by cotta on: May 9 2016

Score 50%

Hi,

since a few days, tomdroid does not sync anymore my notes between the oc-server and tomboy (linux) as well as tomdroid.

I'm using:
- owncloud (on raspian) 9.0.2
- grauphel 0.6.3
- tomboy (on Kubuntu Linux) 1.15.4
- tomdroid (on Android/Fairphone) 0.7.5

I guess the syncing stopped after I installed the new 9.0.x version of oc, but I did not see the problem at that point, only later. Also I only got aware of the grauphel update to 0.6.3 yesterday, but it already did not work with the version before.

Tomboy application on Kubuntu just says:
"Abgleich gescheitert" (translates to ~~) "Sync failed", but does not give any further information. Similar behaviour on tomdroid.

Apache ssl_access.log states:
> 192.168.1.1 - - [09/May/2016:09:10:53 +0200] "GET /owncloud/index.php/apps/grauphel/api/1.0/ HTTP/1.1" 401 1280 "-" "-"

So this looks like an authentication error, but I cannot think, why this would be the case. I also deleted all tokens and let all apps re-register.

On the server I get nothing into syslog (where oc is logging to).

I tried several things already, i.e. deactivating/uninstalling and then activating/installing it, rebooting all the machines, newly configuring the server on linux/android, nothing changed the behaviour.

I would be extremely happy if you could help with any idea on this!

Thanks a lot & cheers from Vienna,
Georg

all my mistake - sorry! I found the solution now, I just had to change the URLs in the linux/android app (copy&paste from what grauphel indicates).

Sorry again for wasting your time.

grauphel is a great application, it helps me every day a lot and I'm so happy to have it. Thanks for the very good work.

Cheers,
Georg

 Oauth not recognized

by xdevnull on: May 13 2016

I'm running 9.0.1 on a pi3 with rasbian. I installed the oauth 1.2.3 pkg via apt as the pecl wouldn't install (no arm version?). There is an oauth.ini though the directory structure is a little different in /etc/php5. If I do php -m oauth is there.

However when I try to install the app, it tells me library oauth is not available.

It also seems strange because OAuth2 is available for GDrive and oath1 for dropbox.

I was hoping to get this working as I'm not wild about the other owncloud note apps.

It may be that php on CLI and php on apache/cgi/fpm use different php.ini locations. Create a phpinfo.php file with "<?php phpinfo();?> in it and view it from your browser. You'll see the correct locations there.

Also, don't forget to restart your web server daemon (and php-fpm/fastcgi daemon if you have one) after installation.

First: Thanks for the quick reply!
Second: Thanks for the phpinfo.php hint! That helped!
Third: OAuth wasn't in the list of .ini files
Fourth: I'd restarted nginx, but didn't know I'd need to also restart php5-fpm.

I did
sudo systemctl restart php5-fpm.service
I am now able to Enable it. Looking forward to setting this up later!
Thanks again!

 Sync not working with Nextcloud

by Paulikid on: Jun 18 2016

Score 50%

I recently upgraded my Owncloud server to Nextcloud 9.0.50. I noticed that the sync adress changed to [...]/owncloud/index.php/apps/grauphel in the android app and in Linux. The server app shows the sync URL without "index.php".
Do we have to wait for an update to get Grauphel working in Nextcloud or can I do anything to fix the issue by myself?

Nevermind, the sync error was my fault. I edited the sync URL and everything worked fine.

Syncing works with Android 6.0.1 and Nextcloud 9.0.50. My Tomboy desktop app (latest version on Arch Linux) still gets no connect to the server although the sync URL is correct.
Can anyboy help me?
