Djanto authentification backend

- django users
- django groups
- django superusers can be oc admins
- django staffusers can be oc admins
- supported password hashes: sha1, pbkdf2:sha1, pbkdf2:sha256
What does not work:
adding, editing or deleting anything in the django database.
